Office of the District Magistrate & Uttar Dinajpur Zilla Parishad (Panchayat & RD Section), is recruiting 21 persons for the posts of – Block Informatics Officer (BIO), Data Entry Operator and Nirman Sahayak in Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samitis in the District of Uttar Dinajpur. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format within 16-11-2012. Qualification norms and brief information is given below—
1. Block Informatics Officer of Panchayat Samiti: 6 Nos. (ST—1; Gen—4; OBC-EC—1)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in computer Application or Bachelor (Hons) degree in Computer Science OR Bachelor Degree in any discipline with ‘A’ level Certificate course of DOEACC. (For alternative qualification requirement, refer the advt. Link given below)
2. Data Entry Operator of Panchayat Samiti: 3 Nos. (Gen-PH—1; SC-Ex-Serviceman-1; OBC-EC—1)

Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must have typing speed of 30 words in English and 20 words in Bengali per minute.
Minimum 3 months of Computer certificate course and Minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depression.
3. Nirman Sahayak of Gram Panchayat: 12 Nos. (Gen-EC—3; SC-EC—3; ST—4; ST-EC—2)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (LCE)
Age Limits (For all above posts): between 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/012012. Upper age relaxation is as per norms.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format which can be also prepared on plain paper as per format.
Candidates must enclose Self-Attested copies of Qualification certificates, Technical education certificate, Caste certificate, Voter ID card, if any, Residential proof and Etc.
Candidates should also enclose 3 Nos. passport size photographs (One copy in self-attested form is to be pasted on the form) and 2 Nos. Self-addressed envelopes (10”x5”) with affixed postal stamp of Rs.5/- on each.
