ACCOUNTANT CUM DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Number of Vacancies: 01
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce and DOEACC “O” level computer course or Diploma in Computer/ Diploma in Financial Accounting system software and should have adequate knowledge in Accounting work and Data Entry Operation.
Age Limit: 18 years to 45 years as on 01/07/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20000/- per month
OFFICE OF THE BLOCK DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, SURI-II DEVELOPMENT BLOCK, BIRBHUM
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Number of Vacancies: 01
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 60% in Madhyamik or equivalent and 50% in the HS or equivalent examination and also Diploma in computer application .
Age Limit: Not below 21 years and not above 37 years as on 01/07/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11000/- per month
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of DEO will be done by Selection Committee through Academic Qualification, Practical Computer Test and Interview. Eligible candidates will have to be appear for a Computer Test at the office of the Block Development Officer, Suri-II Development Block, Purandarpur, Birbhum on 19/12/2015 at 10.30 onwards along with Original certificates.
Selection of Accountant cum Data Entry Operator will be through Written Examination, Practical Test and Interview. Written Examination will be on 13/12/2015 and Computer Test/Interview will be on 22/12/2015.
The engagement will be on contractual basis initially for one year which may be extended further on basis of performance of candidates or on sole discretion of the authority.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. There is no need to send any hard copy/documents to the office.

For Data Entry Operator: Interested candidates may apply only on prescribed application format (See PDF below) along with self-attested copies of all testimonials/ certificates. The duly filled Application form may be submitted in person through Drop Box kept at the office of the BDO, Suri-II Dev. Block, Purandapur, Birbhum on any working day upto 5.00PM.
