Sarva Shiksha Mission, Malda (West Bengal), is inviting application for the 12 Nos. posts of “Block Accountant” for twelve educational block, viz – English Bazaar, Bamongola, Manikchak, Kaliachak-I, Kaliachak-II, Kaliachak-III, Ratua-I, Ratua-II, HC.Pur-I, Chancal-I, Chancal-II. Qualification: B.Com (Hons) degree under regular course from any recognised University. Candidates must have computer certificate covering MS Office and Tally Accounting system with at least two years experience in accounting and audit job in any reputed firm/ company/ PSU/ Govt. Offices./ Sponsored project.
Retired Govt. employee with above mentioned qualification and within 62 years of age may also apply.
Age Limit: Between 21yrs to 37yrs as on 01/05/2013
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/- per month.
The engagement to the post will be initially for one year on contractual basis and may be renewed further subject to maximum of three years or the winding up of the project, whichever is earlier.
Selected candidates for the District will be posted in a CLRC situated in the respective block and jurisdiction of work will cover the schools within the said block. They will visit schools for at least 15 days in each month and will be accountable to Circle Project Co-ordinator of the CLRC.
The interested candidates may apply for any one block only and candidates must be resident of Malda district.
Candidates will be screened on basis of performance in B.Com (Hons) and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Computer efficiency test and Interview.
Date and venue of test and interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
