Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region), under Ministry of H.R.D., Deptt. Of Higher Education, is inviting application for 05 posts of Accounts Officer, Assistant, Jr. Stenographer and Upper Division Clerk (UDC). The engagement will be on temporary basis but likely to be permanent. Interested candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF below). BOARD OF APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING (NORTHERN REGION) INVITES APPLICATION FOR 5 ACCOUNT OFFICER, JR. STENOGRAPHER, ASSISTANT, UDC. LAST DATE — 17/11/2014
1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Second class Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce. Passed in CA/ ICWA or SAS Exam and atleast 5yrs experience
Age: maximum 45yrs.
2. Assistant: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and atleast 8yrs experience in Technical Education Administration/ compiling of data on technical personnel
Age: maximum 35yrs.
3. Junior Stenographer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in English and Typing speed of 40 words per minute on Computer.
Age: maximum 30yrs.
4. Upper Division Clerk: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and working knowledge in Hindi.
Age: maximum 32yrs.
Upper age relaxation: The age mentioned above will be counted as on 01-09-2014. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.
The engagement to the above said posts will be on temporary basis for but likely to be permanent. The selected candidates will be appointed for its Delhi/ Kanpur Office or anywhere in India.
Application Fee (Administration cum Accounts Officer): Candidates willing to apply for the post of Administration cum Accounts Officer shall pay Application Fee of Rs.100/- (For General/ OBC candidates) in form of IPO/ DD drawn in favour of – “Director, Board of Apprenticeship Training (NR), Kanpur”. There is no application for rest of posts.
No application fee required in case of SC/ST and PH candidates.
