Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region), Kolkata is inviting online Application form for the posts of – Stenographer Grade-III and Upper Division Clerk. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of the Board. Educational qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief are given below —
1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III: 1 Nos. (Reserved of OBC candidates)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent AND Typing speed of 40 words per minute and Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute
Age: Maximum 30yrs as on 01.02.2013
2. UPPER DIVISION CLERK: 1 Nos. (Reserved for OBC candidates)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and must have working knowledge in Hindi
Desirable—knowledge of typing and 05yrs experience in the field is desirable
Age: maximum 32yrs as on 25/12/2013.
Pay Scale (For both posts): Rs. 5200—20200 with Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-. Total emoluments at the start will be Rs.24842/- approximately.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and/ or Interview, as on sole discretion of the authority.

After successful submission of Online Application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out the generated application on plain paper.
