The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is recruiting for 06 posts of BC Supervisors under the Dhamtari Region (Location – Bastar, Bijapur, Dantewada, Kanker, Gariaband). The vacancies for the said post will be on a Contractual basis and will initially be for 12 months Subject to review every 6 months. Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024

Education Qualification:- BC Supervisors

• Retired officers (including voluntary retirees) of any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for this purpose as per notification.
• Retired clerks from the Bank of Baroda cleared JAIIB with a good track record.
• All applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.

For other candidates –
Candidate must have Passed a Graduation Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.), But qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be preferred.

Age Limit – The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors It will be 65 years.

Selection Process for BOB Recruitment 2024

The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head including the Deputy Regional Manager, Chief Manager/ Officer in Charge of Financial Inclusion, and Chief Manager/ Officer in Charge of Rural and Agriculture Banking. The Regional Head will approve the appointment of individual BC Supervisors based on the recommendations of the Committee
