This short-term training opportunity is ideal for postgraduate students in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry who are seeking hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and plant signaling pathways. The internship will be conducted under the guidance of Prof. Shubho Chaudhuri, Department of Biological Sciences.

Bose Institute Student Intern Project Overview
The internship is part of a project titled:
“Molecular Characterization of factor(s) regulating transcription of MYB21 and MYB24 genes in Jasmonic acid signalling pathway during pollen development.”
- Objective: To provide the intern with exposure to advanced molecular techniques and an understanding of gene regulation in plant development.
- Duration: 2 months from the date of joining.
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Position: One (1) Student Intern.
Eligibility Criteria for Bose Institute Student Intern
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pursuing an M.Sc. in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
- Minimum Marks Required:
- Class 10: At least 90%
- Class 12: At least 85%
- B.Sc. (Honours): At least 80% or CGPA 8.0 on a 10-point scale
- Age Limit: Below 28 years at the time of application.
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
