1. ASSISTANT MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
No. of Vacancies: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Two years full time Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Personnel Management / HRM / HRD / Industrial Relations / MSW / Social Welfare & Labour Welfare (with HRM/Personnel Mgt. as main subject) from a recognized University/Institute of repute. Law Degree holder preferred.
Working knowledge of Computers in MS Office is a must.
Experience: 05 years. Experience in matters relating to Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HRD and General Administrative functions preferably in manufacturing organization. PSU Experience preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 41 yrs as on 31/01/2021
Pay Scale: Rs.20600 — Rs.46500
2. EXECUTIVE (LEGAL)

Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB). Working knowledge of Computers in MS Office is a must.
Experience: 05 years.
(Working / practice in Law in Supervisory / Executive capacity in a Govt. organization /PSU preferred)
Should be proficient in Documents scrutiny, Communication, Drafting legal documents, liaisoning, researching on legal cases, knowledge of law & legal proceedings etc.
