Education Qualification: –
Chief Welfare Officer –
- Degree/ Diploma in Labour and Social Welfare
- Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years experience in labor welfare activities In reputed institutions.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 45 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Welfare Officer –
- Candidate must have passed a degree from a recognized University;
- Has thorough knowledge of Bengali subjects acquired through an approved institution A university approved or recognized by the Board of Secondary Education or the State Govt
- can speak Hindi.

Safety Officer –
- Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university or its equivalent in any discipline, engineering, or technology with two years of experience in production or maintenance or passed a supervisory or managerial position in the safety department in a factory.
