ASSISTANT COMMANDANT (WATER WING).
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-02 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
Age Limit: Between 22 to 28 years as on the closing date for receipt of application. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years and others as per govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.5400/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Physical Standard: (i) Height — Min 165cms (ii) Chest 81 cms unexpanded & 86 cms expanded. (iii) Weight — Minimum 50kgs.
Physical Efficiency Test: (i) One Mile Run within 10 Mins (ii) Standing Broad Jump of 4 Feet 6 Inch (iii) Clear the Ditch of 6 Feet (iv) Jump & Reach – 7 Feet (Excluding 1 Feet reach).
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Documentation, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Interview and Medical Examination. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
