1. Head Constable (Stockman or Compounder): 26 Nos. (Gen-13, SC-03, ST-02, OBC-08)
Educational Qualification:Â 12th Pass or equivalent
Candidates must possess one or two years certificate course in Veterinary Stock Assistant and should have at least one year experience.
Physical Standard:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms, Chest (unexpected)- 76Cms (expanded)- 81 cms
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 150 cms; Chest – Not applicable.
(iii) Weight (both Male/Female): Corresponding to height and age.
Candidates should not have knock knees, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes. The must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Age Limit:Â Maximum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date of application.
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Professional Knowledge, Trade Test and Physical efficiency test.

Examination Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.50/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Postal order or bank draft drawn in favour of DDO of respective Examination Centers (See PDF file given below for addresses), payable at respective branch of the Centre.
NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC, ST, FEMALE & EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
