1. SI (Staff Nurse): 03 Nos. (Gen—01 & OBC—02)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent and Degree/Diploma in General Nursing Programme. Candidates should have registration as General Nurse and Midwife with Central or State Nursing Council.
Desirable: Experience in the field of Tuberculosis, Hospital Administration, Sister Tutor, Public Health, Pediatrics and Psychiatry.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.4200/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years.

 

2. ASI (Pharmacist Qualified): 36 Nos. (Gen—19; SC—04; ST—03 & OBC—10)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent with Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2800/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 25 years.

 

3. ASI (OT Technician): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent with Science or its equivalent plus Diploma in Operation Technique or Certificate in relevant subject.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2800/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 to Maximum 25 years.

 

4. ASI (Lab Technician): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2800/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 25 years.

 

5. CT (Peon): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with knowledge of Cycling.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2000/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 23 years.

 

6. CT (Masalchi): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with 2 years work experience in respective trade OR 1 year certificate course from ITI with 1 year experience OR 2 years/Diploma in respective trade from ITI.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2000/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 23 years.

 

7. CT (Kahar): 17 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—02; ST—01 & OBC—04)
Educational Qualification: Pass Matriculation or equivalent with 2 years work experience in respective trade OR 1 year certificate course from ITI with at least 1 year experience in the trade OR 2 years Diploma in same trade from ITI.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2000/- per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 23 years.

 

Note: Out of total vacancies 10% are reserved for Ex-Serviceman in each post. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.

 

Upper age relaxation: The age mentioned above along with the name of the posts will be counted as on 13/07/2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; Domicile of J&K—05yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standards:
For all posts (except CT/Masalchi, CT/Peon & CT/Kahar)
Male: Height—165cms (155 for ST); Chest (unexpanded/expanded)—76cms/ 81cms (76/81 for ST); Weight — Corresponding to height and age.
Female: Height—150cms (150 for ST); Chest — Not applicable; Weight — Corresponding to height and age.

For the posts of CT (Masalchi/ Peon/Kahar)
Male: Height—165.5cms (155 for ST); Chest (unexpanded/expanded)—78cms/ 83cms (76/81 for ST); Weight — Corresponding to height and age
Female: Height—157cms (150 for ST); Chest — Not applicable; Weight — Corresponding to height and age.

Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties

 

Selection of the candidates will be through All India Examination which will be Objective Type Multiple Choice. Trade Test (wherever applicable) and Medical Examination.

Application Fee: Rs.50/- is to be paid in form of Bank Draft/ IPO drawn in favour of the DDO of respective Examination Centres payable at respective branch (Please see the PDF file provided below for list of addressed given as per Examination Centre wise)
