BORDER SECURITY FORCE IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 176 POSTS OF SI (MASTER AND ENGINE DRIVER), HC (MASTER, ENGINE DRIVER AND WORKSHOP) AND CT (CREW). LAST DATE — 18/09/2016

 

 

1. Sub Inspector (Master): 07 Nos. (Gen-06, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent and Second Class Master Certificate
Age Limit: Between 22 years to 28 years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

2. Sub Inspector (Engine Driver): 09 Nos. (Gen-04, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent and First Class Engine Driver Certificate
Age Limit: Between 22 years to 28 years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

3. Head Constable (Master): 62 Nos. (Gen-26, OBC-19, SC-10, ST-07)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Serang Certificate
Age Limit: Between 20 years to 25 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

4. Head Constable (Engine Driver): 65 Nos. (Gen-26, OBC-23, SC-09, ST-07)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Second Class Engine Driver Certificate
Age Limit: Between 22 years to 28 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

5. Head Constable (Workshop): 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and lndustrial Training lnstituted Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist/Welder/ Carpentry/ Electrician/Fitter/Air conditioner Technician / Electronics/Plumbing / Upholstering / Painting
Age Limit: Between 22 years to 28 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

6. Constable (Crew): 32 Nos. (Gen-13, OBC-01, SC-03, ST-15)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and one year experience in operating of Boat below 265HP
Candidates should know swimming and possess a certificate
Age Limit: Between 22 years to 28 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Documentation, PST/PET, Trade Test and Medical Examination.
