BSPHCL INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 114 POSTS DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR AND IT MANAGER. Advt. No. 02/2015. LAST DATE — 14/06/2015
1. Chief Data Base Administrator: 05 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—01 & EBC—01)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) with first class/ MCA from any Govt. /AICTE recognized Institution/ University with Minimum 8 year experience in handling large database project with knowledge of Oracle/SQL/MY SQL/Dot net/ Java/ PHP and Android based applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Pay Scale: During the period of training, the candidates will be given a consolidated pay of Rs.70000/- to 112000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates will get Rs.37400/- to Rs.67000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.8700/- per month.
2. Data Base Administrator: 08 Nos. (Gen—04; SC—01; EBC—02 & BC—01)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) with first class/ MCA from any Govt. /AICTE recognized Institution/ University with Minimum 5 year experience in Handling large database project with knowledge of Oracle/SQL/My SQL/ Dot net/ Java /PHP and Android based applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 42 years.
Pay Scale: During the period of training, the candidates will be given a consolidated of Rs.42000/- to 67000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates will get Pay Scale of Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.6650/- per month.
3. IT Manager: 101 Nos. (Gen—51; SC—16; ST—01; EBC—18 & BC—15) Out of total vacancies 03 posts are reserved for Women candidates.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) / MCA from any Govt. /AICTE recognized Institution/ University with Minimum 3 Years experience in handling large database in project with knowledge of Oracle/SQL/My SQL/ Dot net/ Java/ PHP and Android based applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years.
Pay Scale: During the period of training, the candidates will be given a consolidated of Rs.32000/- to 51000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates will get Pay Scale of Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.5500/- per month.
Age Limits & Relaxation: The age mentioned above will be counted as on 01.05.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; EBC/BC- 3yrs; Women- 03yrs; PWD-10 and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates on the basis of Written Test, Work Experience and Interview. Candidates who will qualify the written examination will be called for Interview.

Application Fee: Rs.1500/-(for Chief Data Base Administrator/Data Base Administrator) and Rs.1000/- (for IT Manager) is to be deposited in the BSP(H)CL’s Account through any branch of State Bank of India by filling a triplicate Challan which can be downloaded from the website of BSPCL.
SC/ST of Bihar candidates have to deposit of Rs.375/- for Chief Data Base Administrator/Data Base Administrator and Rs.250/- for IT Manager.
Note: SC/ ST candidates of other States will be treated as UR candidates.
