1. English Stenographer: 17 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and Certificate in Computer training from a recognized institution and should have satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
Candidates must have Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typewriting speed at 30 words per minute for 10 minutes.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3900/-

 

2. Lower Division Clerk: 45 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and Certificate in Computer training from a recognized institution and should have satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation. Knowledge of typewriting in English is preferable.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

3. Typist-Copyist: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and Certificate in Computer training from a recognized institution and should have satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation. Minimum typewriting speed – 30 words per minute.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

4. Process Server/ Summon Bailiff: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2300/-

 

5. Peon: 26 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

6. Night Guard: 16 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass and must be physically sound and fit.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

7. Day Guard: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass and must be physically sound and fit.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

8. Farash: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass.
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

9. Gardener: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have ability to read and write in Bengali
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

10. Sweeper: 08 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have ability to read and write in Bengali
Age Limit: Not less than 18yrs and not more than 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test (Preliminary and Main Examination)/ Stenography Test/ Typing Test/ Interview wherever applicable.

Selection of the candidates for the post of Gardener and Sweeper will be only through Interview.

NOTE: For the posts of English Stenographer and Typist-copyist, the candidates must bring with him/ her Typewriter Machine at the time of test.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.250/- (Rs.50 for SC/ST) for the posts of Steno, LDC and Typist-copyist AND Rs.150/- (Rs.25 for SC/ST) for Process Server/ Summon Bailiff, Peon, Night Guard, Day Guard, Farash, Gardener & Sweeper as Application Fee.
