1. Assistant Legal Advisor

- Age Limit: 35 years (Age relaxation for reserved category candidates and Government Servants as per relevant instructions of the Central Government)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualifications: A degree in Law from a recognized university and a minimum of five years of experience in legal work in the Government, Statutory Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings, or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience in legal work related to Pollution Control or Environment Protection.
2. Legal Assistant

- Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix Level-7; Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/-

- Age Limit: 32 years (Age relaxation for reserved category candidates and Government Servants as per relevant instructions of the Central Government)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualifications: A degree in Law from a recognized university and a minimum of three years of experience in legal work in the Government, Statutory Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings, or equivalent.
- OR Master’s Degree or PhD or M Phil in Law from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Experience in legal work related to Pollution Control or Environment Protection.
3. Accountant
- Number of Posts: 1
- Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix Level-5; Rs. 29,200 – 92,300/-
- Category: UR
- Age Limit: 30 years (Age relaxation for reserved category candidates and Government Servants as per relevant instructions of the Central Government)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
- Desirable: CA or ICWA recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
CAQM Recruitment 2023-24 Application Fee:
- Assistant Legal Advisor (Pay Level-10): Rs. 500/-
- Legal Assistant (Pay Level 7): Rs. 400/-
- Accountant (Pay Level 5): Rs. 300/-
Mode of Fee Payment: By way of Demand Draft in favor of Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (CAQM), payable at New Delhi, submitted along with the application form.
Fee Exemption:
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women and Economically Weaker Sections candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. Applicants must attach the necessary certificate, if applicable, issued by the appropriate authority for exemption in the application fee.
