CARA Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

Director (Programme)	(i) Candidate must have passed a Graduate Degree in Social Science/Social Work/Child Development/Psychology from a recognized University. (ii) Fifteen years of experience in Administration and Establishment/Accounts work in Central Government/Other Government Organisations/Government Universities
Joint Director	(i) Candidate must have passed a Graduate Degree from a Recognized University. (ii) 12 years experience in the Central Government/ State Government/ Statutory Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies/ Institutions/ PSU etc.
Deputy Director (Administration)	(i) Candidate must have passed a Graduate Degree from a Recognized University. (ii) 10 years experience in the Central Government/ State Government/ Statutory Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies/ Institutions/ PSU etc.
Senior System Analyst	(i) Candidate must have passed Master’s Degree in Computer Application or M.Sc (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute (ii) 05 years post-qualification experience in Programming
Data Analyst (IT)	(i) Candidate must have passed Master’s Degree in Computer Application or M.Sc (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute (ii) 02 years post qualification experience in Programming
Assistant Director (Programme)	(i) Candidate must have passed Post Graduate Degree from a Recognised University (ii) 08 years of service in Central Government/ State Government/ Statutory Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies/ Institutions/ PSU etc.

Accounts Office	(i) Candidate must have passed B.Com from a Recognised University (ii) 05 years of service in Central Government/ State Government/ Statutory Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies/ Institutions/ PSU etc.
Personal Assistant	(i) Candidate must have passed Graduate from Recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 05 years experience in Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies/ Private Organizations as stenographers with possessing a speed of 100 WPM in English. (iii) Must be familiar with Computer Software like MS Office
Hindi Translator	Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree at a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject
Hindi Typist	(i) Candidate must have passed 12th from Recognized Board/ University (ii) Having a Speed of 10500 KDPH in English or 9000 Key Depressions Per Hour in Hindi on an average of 5 key Depressions for each word on the computer.
