1. Human Resources: 02 Nos. (OBC-01 & Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA/MSW in HRM/Personnel.
2. Finance: 02 Nos. (Gen-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and qualified Chartered or Cost & Works Accountants OR MBA (60% marks) with specialization in Finance Management.
3. Marketing: 01 Nos.(OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA with specialization in Marketing Management.
4. Chemical/Production: 02 Nos.(SC-01 & Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Full time & regular M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Age Limit (for all posts): Maximum 28 years (Engineering) and Maximum 30 years (Non-Engineering) as on 30.04.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC-3 years and others as per govt. norms.
Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs.16400/- to Rs.40500/- plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through All India Selection Test. Qualified and shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
