Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) is inviting application from Engineering Diploma holders for the vacancies as “Jr. Management Trainees” in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, System, Personnel & Admn. and Finance at Supervisory level. Total Vacancies— 30 Nos. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format. Educational qualification norms and brief details are given below —

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 
Discipline wise distribution of vacancies —
— Mechanical: 8 Nos. 
— Electrical: 8 Nos. 
— Chemical: 7 Nos. 
— System: 3 Nos. 
— Personnel & Admn.: 2 Nos. 
— Finance: 2 Nos. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 
For discipline Mechanical, Electrical and chemical: 03 years full time Diploma course in relevant discipline i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical.
For discipline Systems: 03 years Diploma course in Computer Science or B.C.A/ B.Sc in Computer Science
For discipline Personnel & Administration: Graduate with one year PG Diploma in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management
For Finance: Graduate and qualified Chartered or Cost & Works Accountants OR MBA with 60% marks with specialization in Finance Management.

AGE LIMIT:
Maximum 27yrs as on 15/04/2014. The upper age limit is relaxed by 05 years for SC/ST and 03years for OBC(non-creamy layer) candidates.

REGISTRATION FEE: 
Candidates belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay Registration fee of Rs.400/- in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of – Cement Corporation of India Limited, payable at – New Delhi.
SC/ST candidates are not required to pay Registration Fee. 

Selection of the candidates will be through All India Selection Test consisting of two papers i.e. concerned discipline and General Knowledge, Aptitude & Reasoning. The medium of Test will be Hindi and English.
Selection test will be held at various Centres in India on same day. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course.
