Office of the Additional Director – Central Government Health Scheme, Kolkata, is recruiting 12 Nos. Staff Nurse, Pharmacist (Allopathy) and Pharmacist-cum-Clerk (Ayurvedic). Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview. CENTRAL GOVERNMENT HEALTH SCHEME, KOLKATA INVITES APPLICATION FOR 12 STAFF NURSE, PHARMACIST/ PHARMACIST-CUM- CLERK. LAST DATE – 31/10/2014.

 

1. Staff Nurse: 4 Nos. (Gen—3; OBC—1)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Diploma in General Nursing & Mid-Wifery from a recognized Institution. Candidates must be registered as Nurse and Mid-Wife in Nursing Council.
In lieu of Mid-Wifery, a six months duration course as prescribed by Indian Nursing Council (For Male Nurse).
One year experience is desirable.
Age: 21 – 35yrs.

 

2. Pharmacist (Allopathy): 7 Nos. (Gen—3; OBC—3; SC—1)
Qualification: 10+2 with Science stream – Physics, Chemistry, Biology. AND Diploma in Pharmacy as well as should be registered as Pharmacist.
Age: 18—30yrs.

 

3. Pharmacist-cum-Clerk (Ayurvedic): 1 No. (UR)
Qualification: Class 12 passed or equivalent with Science Stream – Physics or Chemistry or Biology AND Degree in Ayurvedic Pharmacy or Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy course, duration of which should not be less than two years
AND Two years experience in the field of Ayurvedic Pharmacist

 

Upper age relaxation: Age mentioned above will be counted as on 31/10/2014. Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 05yrs and OBC (NCL) – 03yrs.

Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview. Call letter for the Interview will be sent to eligible applicants after scrutiny of Applications
