Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is recruiting 123 Constable (Bandsman cum GD) on temporary basis in the Pay Band – 1 Rs.5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/-. Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 25yrs as on 08-02-2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Candidates shall meet the following Physical Standards —
Height: 170 cms (162. 5cms for ST candidates) (165 for Garhwalis, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and Persons hailing from the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura and J&K)
Chest (unexpanded/ expanded): 80/ 85cms (76/81 cms for ST) (78/83 cms for Garhwalis, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and Persons hailing from the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura and J&K)
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be selected through Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement Test and Skill/Trade Test.
At final step, candidates will go for Medical Examination for fitness test.
Physical Efficiency Test will be— Run of 800 Meters to be completed in 3 minutes and 15 Seconds.

All the enclosures such as Qualification certificate, proof of Age, Caste Certificate and Etc shall be attested by Gazetted Officer.
Candidates must also enclose Two self addressed envelopes (8 x 19 Cms size) duly affixing postal stamps for Rs.22/- on each. Two additional self signed (in the front) passport size photographs are required to be attached duly clipped alongwith application form.
Application Fee: Rs.50/- is to paid in form of crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Officer mentioned below and payable at the Post Office as mentioned below.
