Central Ordnance Depot, Agra, is recruiting 102 persons for the posts of – Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Store keeper, Mazdoor, Safaiwala, Messenger, Fireman, Cook and Tailor. Madhyamik pass and Higher Secondary pass candidates may apply. Required qualification and eligibility criteria is given below—

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 21 Nos. (Gen-11; SC-4; OBC-6). Out of them – ExServ.:2; Meritorious  Sportsperson:1; PH-1.
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (Class 10+2). Ability to type 30 words per minute in English and 25words per minute in Hindi in Typewriting. Knowledge in computer is desirable.

2. Store Keeper (SK): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (10+2) and experience in handling in stores.

3. Mazdoor: 68 Nos. (Gen-23; OBC-45) out of them Ex-Serv.-7 and Meritorious Sportsperson-3
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent.

4. Safaiwala: 5 Nos. (OBC-2; Gen-5). Out of them Ex-Serv—1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent.

5. Messenger: 3 Nos. (Gen-1; SC-1; OBC-1). Out of them PH—1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent.

6. Fireman: 2 Nos. (Gen-1; SC-1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties. Candidates will have to qualify following Endurance test –
(i) Carrying weight of 63.5 kg to a distance of 183 mtrs in 96 seconds.
(ii) Long jump of 2.7 mtrs wide ditch and landing on both feet.
(iii) Climbing 3 mtrs of vertical rope.
Physical Standard:—
Height: 165 cms
Chest (unexpanded/ expanded): 81.5 cms/ 85 cms.
Weight: 50 kgs (min)

7. Cook: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must have Indian cooking knowledge.

8. Tailor: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must have ITI Trade certificate of Tailor

Pay Scale (For all posts): Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900

Age limit (for all posts): 18yrs to 25yrs as on last date of submission. Age relaxation—OBC-3yrs; SC-5yrs; Sportsperson—5yrs; PH and Widow/divorce/ Judicially separated: 10yrs; Ex-serviceman—as per norms.

Selection Steps: Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Endurance Test/ Trade test/ Typing test, as applicable. For details, read the published advt. from the below given link.
Date and venue of Test will be intimated to the eligible candidates through call letters. Location of test — Parade Ground, ME Line, COD Agra.

How to apply: Prepare the application format on plain paper as prescribed officially. Along with application form enclosed all the Attested copies of documents such as qualification certificate, age proof, Caste and Etc, as applicable for a post. Attestation should be done by Gazetted Officer.
Paste recent passport size photo on Acknowledgement slip and Application form and then get attestation by Gazetted officer.
Enclose on Self-Addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs.22

The application form along with enclosures should be addressed to — “Recruitment Cell, Central Ordnance Depot, Agra, Pin—908820 C/O 56 APO”.

Superscribe the envelope on top—“Name of the Post______ , Category______ (SC/OBC/…. as applicable”.
