Recruitment of 119 Boys/Girls for the post of Clerk, Field Assistant and Assistant Technician in Central Silk Board.

Central Silk Board, Central Sericulture Research and Training Institute, is recruiting 119 nos. for the post of “Lower Division Clerk”, “Field Assistant” and “Assistant Technician”. Madhyamik pass boys and girls may apply.

1. Lower Division Clerk: 25 nos.
Among them for West Bengal, Assam and Tripura – 5nos. (Gen-1, OBC-2, PH-1, Ex-serviceman- 1). For Bihar, Jharkhand, M.P., Chattisgarh and Orissa – 5nos. (Gen-2, OBC-2, ST-1). For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharastra – 12 nos. (Gen-5, OBC-6, Ex-serviceman OBC- 1). For Himachal Pradesh, UttarKhand, Jammu Kashmir – 3 nos. (Gen-1, OBC-2)
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass candidates with State Council of Technical Education’s Junior Grade Typing Exam pass and ability to type 30 words per minute in English Typing may apply for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 to 20200

2. Field Assistant: 76 Nos.
Among them for West Bengal, Assam and Tripura – 12 nos. (Gen-2, OBC-4, SC-2, ST-1, PH-1 and Ex-serviceman-2). For Bihar, Jharkhand, M.P., Chattisgrah and Orissa – 20 nos. (Gen-9, OBC-4, SC-3, ST-1, PH-1 and Ex-serviceman-2). For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Maharastra – 40nos. (Gen-19, OBC-10, SC-5, ST-2, PH-1, Ec-serviceman-3). For Himachal Pradesh, Uttarkhand, Jammu Kashmir – 4 nos. (Gen-3, Ex-serviceman-1)
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass in Science discipline or Diploma course of sericulture pass candidates may apply for the post. Experienced candidates is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-Rs.20200

3. Assistant Technician: 18 nos.
Among them, for West Bengal, Assam and Tripura – 5nos. (Gen-2, OBC-1, PH-1 and Ex-serviceman-1). For Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, M.P. and Orissa – 7nos. (Gen-4, OBC-3). For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, TamilNadu, Maharastra – 4nos. (Gen-2, OBC-2). For Himachal Pradesh, Uttarkhand, Jammu Kashmir – 2nos (OBC)
Qualification: I.T.I. Trade Certificate or Diploma Course pass in Sericulture, Horticulture or Agriculture may apply for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200

Age Limit: For all the above posts, Age should be within 25yrs as on 29-8-2011. Age Relaxation– SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs, Ex-Serviceman and PH – as per norms.
