Chhattisgarh State Forest Department requires 1143 Forest Guard, Light/ Heavy Vehicle Driver. Last Dt. 20/09/2012

Chhattisgarh State Forest Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, is recruiting 1143 persons for the posts of – “ Forest Guard”, “Light Motor Vehicle Driver” and “Heavy Motor Vehicle Driver” through direct recruitment process for the various offices and departments of Forest. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed format. Eligibility norms and information in brief is given below—

1. Forest Guard: 1083 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass

Physical Standard:—
For Male Candidates: Height—163cms (152cms for ST); Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded): 79cm/ 84cm
For Female Candidates: Height—150cms (145cms for ST); Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded): 74cm/ 79cms.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) —
For Male Candidates: 25 km in 4 hours.
For Female Candidates: 14 km in 4 hours.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900/-

2. Heavy Vehicle Driver: 32 Nos.
Qualification: Class-VIII or Madhyamik pass
Candidates must posses Heavy vehicle Driving Licence and must have experience of minimum 2yrs in driving vehicles like Trucks/ Tractor etc.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2200/-

3. Light Vehicle Driver: 28 Nos.
Qualification: Class-VIII or Madhyamik pass
Candidates must posses Light vehicle Driving Licence for and must have experience of minimum 2yrs in driving light vehicles like Jeep, etc.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900/-

N.B.: Please note — the above mentioned numbers of vacancies is further breaks up into District wise. Interested candidates may apply for the vacancies allotted to them in their respective district and should send their Application Form at the respective address of their District’s Forest Dept. Age limits: between 18yrs to 35yrs as on 01/09/2012.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply on only prescribed format which can be also neatly typed on plain paper according to the format.
Application form should be properly enclosed with attested copies of documents in support of eligibility such as Qualification, Caste, Age proof, Driv. Licence, as applicable, etc and One self-addressed envelope with affixed postal stamp of Rs.5/- on it.

Application form should be addressed to the respective offices (as per District wise, please refer the Advt. for complete list of addresses). It should reach by Registered A.D./ Speed Post only.

The application form containing envelope should be superscribed – “Name of the Post___, Category____”.

Last Date of Application: Application Form should reach on or before 20th September 2012 (5 PM).
