CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO)
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
ii) Candidate should possess valid Basic AVSEC, Screeners Certified and Auditors Course Certification.
Preferable Qualifications:
i) NCC ‘B’/’C’ Certificate
ii) Knowledge of Fire Fighting
iii) Knowledge in Industrial Security
iv) Knowledge in Disaster Management
v) Knowledge of Unarmed Combat
vi) Armed Forces/ Police Background
vii) Risk and Compliance Management
Experience:
i) Should have 05 years to 07 years of AVSEC Experience in supervisory capacity.
ii) Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the capacity of Security Officer/ Assistant Security Officer with an Airline Operator/ Aircraft operators/ Flight Kitchen/ Ground Handling Agency/ Defence/ Army/ Cargo Company/ Logistics and Supply Chain industry or any relevant Service Industry.
Age Limit: Between 45 and 55 years as on 01.08.2018.
The vacancies are for Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport in Kolkata on Fixed Term Contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years. The period of one year will be treated as probation period.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cm (162.5 cm for ST candidates)
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (150 cm for ST candidates)
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to SC/ OBC categories, Gorkhas and those hailing from North- East States and Hilly Areas relaxation will be given as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
