City Sessions Court, Calcutta is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 17 posts of Lower Division Clerk and Care Taker. CITY SESSIONS COURT, CALCUTTA IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 17 POSTS OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK AND CARE TAKER. LAST DATE — 05.09.2016

 

 

1. Lower Division Clerk Group “C”: 16 Nos. (UR-09, SC-04, ST-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination and at least a Certificate in Computer Training and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5,400/- Rs.25,200/- Grade Pay Rs.2600/-

 

2. Care Taker Group “C”: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination and at least a Certificate in Computer Training and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5,400/- Rs.25,200/- Grade Pay Rs.2600/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Note: SC/ST/OBC candidates of other States will be treated as General Candidates

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination consist of two parts viz. Part-I and Part-II. In Part-I there will be Written Examination and Part-II there shall consist of conventional type question on (a) Group-A-English and (b) Group-B- Bengali/Hindi/Urdu, Personality Test and Computer Operation Test.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of City Sessions Court, Calcutta

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates only) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Candidates must also enclose 01 (25cm X 11 cm) Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form affixed with postage stamp of Rs.5/-

The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “POST APPLIED FOR __________CATEGORY- UR/SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B”
