1. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 19 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) A degree of B.A/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from recognized University and has passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject.
ii) Having proficiency in operation of Computers.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
2. STENOGRAPHER GR.-III
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) A degree of B.A/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from recognized University and has passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject.
ii) Having proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.3600/-
The candidates will be appointed on Adhoc basis for a period of Six (06) Months or till the regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for Reserved Categories candidates as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, English Shorthand Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Interview wherever applicable. The English Shorthand Test and Computer Proficiency Test will be held on 03/08/2019 in Judicial Court Complex, Nurpur Dona, Kapurthala.
