1. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen-06, ESM (Gen)-01, BC-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: A Degree of BA/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from a recognized University with Punjabi as one of the subjects in Matriculation with proficiency in Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300 — Rs.34800
2. STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen-09, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) A Degree of BA/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from a recognized University with Punjabi as one of the subjects in Matriculation.
ii) Having proficiency in the operation of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300 — Rs.34800
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Adhoc basis for a period of Six (06) months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon’ble High Court, whichever is earlier.
Preference will be given to the candidates, who will have working experience in Judicial Department.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Test/ Interview. For the post of Stenographer Grade-III, the candidate will have to qualify the test of taking dictation in English Shorthand at the speed of 80 wpm and transcribe the same on computer typing at the speed of 20 wpm.
