1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 24 Nos. (Male-18 posts (UR-09, SC-01, ST-06, SEBC-02) & Female- 06 posts (UR-03, SC-01, ST-02))
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Must have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E Standard.
Age Limit: Must be over 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19,900- 63,200/-
2. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (Male- 03 posts (UR-01, SC-01, ST-01) & Female- 02 posts (UR-01, ST-01))
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Must have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should possess minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Type writing.
iv) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E Standard.
Age Limit: Must be over 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- 81,100/-
3. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Male- 06 posts (UR-02, SC-01, ST-02, SEBC-01) & Female- 04 posts (UR-01, SC-01, ST-01, SEBC-01))
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Must have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should possess minimum speed of wpm in Type writing.
iv) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E Standard.
Age Limit: Must be over 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19,900- 63,200/-
The candidates will be appointed on Regular basis.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for Reserved Categories candidates as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Competitive Examination, Type Test, Shorthand Test, Computer Test and Viva Voce Examination wherever applicable.
