1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-06)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) The candidate should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) The candidate should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
2. GRADE-III STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) The candidate should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should possess minimum speed of 80 words in Shorthand and 40 words in Type Writing per minute.
iv) The candidate should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
3. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed the Matriculation examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Board.
ii) The candidate should have passed the Revenue Inspector Training.
iii) The candidate should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 26/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700 — Rs.69100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Science (Practical Test), Shorthand & Type Test, Type Writing Test and Viva Voce Test wherever applicable.
