OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, JAJPUR IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 21 POSTS OF JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST, JUNIOR TYPIST AND STENOGRAPHER GRADE- III. LAST DATE — 04/10/2019
1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (UR-04, SC-03, ST-06, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02, ST-02, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be having knowledge in Typewriting with a speed of 40 wpm in English.
iv) The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should possess minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typewriting in English.
iv) The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for Reserved Categories candidates, Women and PWD candidates as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Science Test (Practical), Shorthand Test, Type Writing Test and Viva-Voce Test wherever applicable.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Office of the District Judge, Jajpur. See officially released advertisement for more details.
NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST CANDIDATES.
