1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-06, SC-07, ST-28, SEBC-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) At least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 05/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 18 Nos. (UR-07, SC-01, ST-08, SEBC-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) At least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 40 wpm in English Type Writing.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 05/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (UR-02, ST-06, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) At least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in English Type Writing.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 05/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
4. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed the Matriculation Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Board.
ii) Must have passed the Revenue Inspector Training.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 05/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700 — Rs.69100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Science (Practical Test), Shorthand Test, Type Writing Test and Viva-Voce Test wherever applicable.
