Maharshi Dayanand University Rothak, as per Advt.No. 02/2012, is recruiting 100 persons for the Budgeted Non-Teaching posts of “Clerk-cum-Jr. Data Entry Operator”. Higher secondary candidates who meets the below mentioned criteria may apply. Application is to be made through Online system from the official website of MDU within 04/07/2012 Last date extended to 30/07/2012, Brief details given above—
1. Clerk-cum-Jr. Data Entry Operator: 100 Nos. (General—40; SC—18; BC—13; BC-B—07; Ex-Serviceman—15; Sportsman—04; PWD—3)
N.B: Reservation of posts is only applicable for candidates residing in the Haryana State. Candidates from any other State should apply as General candidates.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (Class 10+2) passed or equivalent from any recognised board with atleast 60% marks
OR Graduate in any discipline from recognised University.
Essential – Candidates must have knowledge in Computer applications.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 plus Grade pay.
Age limit: between 18yrs to 50 yrs as on last date of receipt of application form.
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be selected through General Aptitude Test which will be of 100 marks and will be Objective Multiple Types. There will be six sections of the Question paper and each section will carry 15 marks (Section F will be of 25 marks).
The six sections were—(i) Section-A (General Knowledge), (ii) Section-B (Computer Knowledge), (iii) Section-C (English language), (iv) Section-D (Hindi), (v) Section-E (Arithmetic and Reasoning) and (vi) Section F (M.S. Application Fee: Rs.400 (Rs.100 for SC/BC)

There is no need to send any documents or qualification testimonials to the University’s address. Original documents along with attested copies of testimonials will be required to be submitted at the time of Interview only.

Candidates making new registration can opt to pay Application fee either through “Cash Receipt” or “D.D”. After submission of form, print-out the generated form and submit the same within 7 days from the last date of Online registration.
Cash Receipt: Cash receipt means depositing the fee in cash at the cash counter of M.D. University, Rothak.
N.B: Candidates who have already applied and have deposited fee, needs not to apply again.

Fee payment procedure: Candidates opting for “cash receipt‘ should first visit the University cash counter and take receipt of your required amount and then put the UCR No. & Date into the boxes provided online when you login into your account.
Candidates opting to pay by D.D. should prepare a draft from any bank, such as SBI, CBI, Baroda bank, etc. Prepare the DD in favour of – Supdt. Establishment Branch, M.D. University, Rothak, and write payable at – Rothak.
Now visit the university website and login in your account by mentioning your Registration No. and Password and then fill the fee details and submit it. Doing so will generate an application; print-out this application and submit the same at – Supdt. (Establishment Non Teaching), M.D.University Rohtak within seven days of the last date of registration.
Last Date: Online Application form can be submitted on and within 04th July 2012. Extended to 30/07/2012.
