Recruitment of 116 Persons in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre for the post of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III.

Central Government’s enterprise—Bhabha Atomic Research Centre is recruiting 116 persons for the post of the “Upper Division Clerk” and “Stenographer Grade-III”.  Advertisement No. 1/2011-R-III.
Required qualification for the posts were given below—

1. Upper Division Clerk: 66 Nos. (Gen-37; OBC-15; SC-7; ST-7)
Qualification: Graduate with total marks of 50% in any stream may apply. Candidates with ability to type minimum 30 words per minute in English, work knowledge in Data Entry, Data Processing and Computer application is desirable.

2. Stenographer Grade-III: 50Nos. (Gen-33; OBC-8; SC-5; ST-4)
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass candidates with ability to type 30 words per minute in English and 80 words per in Shorthand (in English) may apply for the post.
Knowledge in Computer application, Data Entry works and Data processing is desirable.

Age Limit: For both above mentioned posts, age should be between 18yrs to 27yrs as counted on 16-9-2011. Age relaxation for SC/ST- 5yrs and OBC-3yrs.

Pay Scale: Salary per month will be Rs.5200-Rs.20200 and Grade pay of Rs.2400 will be given.

Candidates’ selection: Candidates will be selected through Written Test. For the post of Upper Division Clerk there will be two papers—(I) General English and (II) General Knowledge and Elementary Arithmetic. First paper will be of 3hrs and second paper will be of 2 hrs. If selected, there will be Interview.
For the post of Stenographer, there will be two papers—(I) General English (3 hrs.) and (II) General knowledge (2 hrs.). If selected, will be called for Steno Test and Interview.
