1. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and has passed Matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject.
ii) Having proficiency in operation of Computers.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25500 per month.
2. STENOGRAPHER GR.III
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and has passed Matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject.
ii) Should have proficiency in operation of Computers (word processing and spread sheets).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25500 per month
3. SWEEPER
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have experience of duties required to be performed and should be capable of signing in Hindi or Gurumukhi.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/01/2020.
4. LIFTMAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit and should be trained to operate the lift.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years as on 01/01/2020.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Adhoc/ Contract basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Proficiency Test, Shorthand Test and Interview. A test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m. in transcription of the same on computer will be held for the post of Stenographer.
