1. JUNIOR CLERK/ COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (UR-06, SC-02, ST-06)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and has passed a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 18/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
2. JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and has passed a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
iv) Have passed a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting in English per minute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 18/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
3. JUNIOR GRADE TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-04, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and has passed a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
iv) Have possessed a minimum speed of 40 wpm in Type-writing in English.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 18/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
4. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed Matriculation examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Board.
ii) Have passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and has passed a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 18/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700 — Rs.69100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/SEBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Science Test (Practical), Short-hand & Type Test and Viva-voce Test wherever applicable.
