1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 16.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900- 63,200/-
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 40 wpm in typewriting.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 16.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900- 63,200/-
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) Must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 16.09.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,500- 81,100/-
The candidates will be appointed on Regular basis.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Practical Skill Test, Short-hand Test and Viva-Voce wherever applicable.

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should reach at the Office of the District Judge, Nuapada, on or before 16/09/2019 upto 05:00 PM.
