National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj invites online application for 510 posts of State Programme Coordinator, Young Fellow and Cluster Level Resource Person. The vacancies are for the project entitled “Creating Clusters of Model Gram Panchayats to Achieve Holistic & Sustainable Development through Institutional Strengthening of GPs and Enablement of Quality GPDP across India”. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for One (01) year and may be extended on satisfactory performance of the candidates, subject to continuation of the Project and discretion of authorities. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYAT RAJ INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 510 STATE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR, YOUNG FELLOW AND CLUSTER LEVEL RESOURCE PERSON. LAST DATE — 10/08/2020

 

1. STATE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate in Economics/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Development Studies and similar disciplines (the term on PG degree may be relaxed in case of Engineering graduates) from any recognized University.
ii) Minimum academic standards: 60% marks in Secondary (Class X) or equivalent examination, 50% marks in Higher Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent examination in any discipline, 50% marks at Graduation level in any of the above-mentioned disciplines and 50% marks at Post Graduation level in any of the above-mentioned disciplines.
iii) Proficiency in writing and speaking English and Hindi.
iv) Soft skills including proficiency in MS Office (at least Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and capacity for online reporting.

Experience: Five years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and 50 years

Consolidated Pay: Rs.55000 per month

 

2. YOUNG FELLOW

No. of Vacancies: 250 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate in Economics/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Development Studies and similar disciplines (the term on PG degree may be relaxed in case of Engineering graduates) from any recognized University.
ii) Minimum academic standards: 60% marks in Secondary (Class X) or equivalent examination, 50% marks in Higher Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent examination in any discipline, 50% marks at Graduation level in any of the above-mentioned disciplines and 50% marks at Post Graduation level in any of the above-mentioned disciplines.
iii) Proficiency in writing and speaking English and Hindi.
iv) Preference will be given to the local candidates for the States/ UTs with proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of local language being a must.
v) Soft skills including proficiency in MS Office (at least Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and capacity for online reporting.
vi) Prior experience in the given field of work will be given preference.

Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and 30 years

Consolidated Pay: Rs.35000 per month

 

3. CLUSTER LEVEL RESOURCE PERSON

No. of Vacancies: 250 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any subject from any recognized University.
ii) Proficiency in reading English plus writing and speaking Hindi and the local language.
iii) A strong SHG background as a Group Leader for 05 years.
iv) Prior experience in the given field of work will be given preference.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Consolidated Pay: Rs.12500 per month

 

The vacancies are for the project entitled “Creating Clusters of Model Gram Panchayats to Achieve Holistic & Sustainable Development through Institutional Strengthening of GPs and Enablement of Quality GPDP across India”. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for One (01) year and may be extended on satisfactory performance of the candidates, subject to continuation of the Project and discretion of authorities.
