Name of the Programme and Name of post with number of vacancies are as follows —
1. Block Programme Management Unit (BPMU)
Name of the Post: Block Accounts Manager (BAM): 1 (ST)
Qualification: B.Com and one year Diploma in Computer with MS Office, Internet, Accounting software like Tally, etc. AND shall have atleast two years experience in the related filed.
Age: Maximum 45yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month
2. Rashtriya Kishor Sasthya Karyakaram (RKSK)
Name of the Post:
(i) Lady Counsellor (LC): 1 (UR)
(ii) Male Counsellor (MC): 5 (UR—1; SC—1; ST—2; OBC-B—1)
Qualification: Graduation in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development. Weightage will be given to candidates who have 5yrs experience in related field.
Age: Maximum 40yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month
3. National Programme for Control of Blindness (NPCB)
Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator (DEO): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and one year diploma in computer application.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000/- per month
4. National Vector Born Disease Control Programme (NBVDCP)
Name of the posts:
(i) Laboratory Technician: 3 (SC—1; UR—2)
Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLIT) and one year experience in Laboratories.
Age: maximum 40yrs
Consolidated Pay: Rs.6300/- per month.
(ii) Malaria Technical Supervisor: 6 (UR—3; SC—1; ST—1; OBC-A—1)
Qualification: B.Sc (Bio) and shall possess valid two wheeler driving license. Preference will be given to the candidates who have health related experience
Age: Maximum 40yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10500/- per month
(iii) Data Entry Operator (DEO): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Class 12 pass and diploma/certificate in computer application.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.6825 per month
5. Civil Registration System
Name of the Post: Data Processing Assistant (DPA): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Diploma/Certificate in computer application (one year course) and shall possess good typing speed. Shall have good command over English & Bengali.
Age: maximum 40yrs
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month
6. Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre (NRC)
Name of the Post: Social Worker: 6 (UR—2; SC—1; ST—1; OBC-A—1)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and one year diploma in computer application. Preference will be given to female candidates. Candidates must be permanent resident of Bankura district.
Age: 40yrs
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13800/- per month
Upper age relaxation: Age mentioned above along with the name of the posts will be counted as on 01.01.2015. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Govt. norms.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may collect the Application Form between 13/01/2015 to 20/01/2015 from 12 Noon to 4.30 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) from the Office of Chief Medical Officer of Health, Tamlibandh, Patpur Road, Bankura against IPO (Indian Postal Order)/ Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.100/- (Rs.50 for reserved categories) drawn in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Bankura.
Reserved categories will require to produce Caste certificate during obtaining of Application form.
