Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute having acquired Company Secretary Qualification with Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI.
Experience: For candidates from PSEs/Govt/ Sector: Between 04 years and 23 years of post qualification experiences AND for candidates from Private Sectors: Between 06 years and 25 years of post qualification experiences.
Desirable: Full time UG/PG Degree in Law.
Age Limit: Should not exceed 56 years as on 24/03/2021
Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.280000
The candidates selected as “Company Secretary” will have to work in CIL and its eight Subsidiary Companies, BCCL-Dhanbad (Jharkhand), CCL-Ranchi (Jharkhand), CMPDI Ranchi (Jharkhand), ECL-Sanctoria (West Bengal), NCL- Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh), SECL Bilaspur (Madhya Pradesh), MCL-Sambalpur (Orissa),and WCL-Nagpur (Maharashtra).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be on the basis of Qualification, Relevant Post qualification experience and Personal Interview.
