Coal India Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Sr. Medical Specialist Qualification
- For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -the minimum qualification is MBBS from a recognized Institute/ College approved by the Medical Council of India with a recognized Post Graduate Degree/DNB with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
- For other Specialists, in addition to the above, Post Graduate Diploma is also considered as
one of the minimum eligible qualifications.
Medical Specialist Qualification
- Candidates must complete an MBBS from a recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India.
- The Experience of private practice/ Self-clinic may also be considered as post-qualification experience.
Sr. Medical Officer (Dental) Qualification
- BDS from a recognized Institute/College approved by the Dental Council of India with 1-year post-qualification experience from a Hospital/Clinic.
- The Experience of private practice/ self-clinic may also be considered as post-qualification experience.
Coal India Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
Candidates upper age limit for Unreserved candidates in case of
- Sr.Medical Specialist (E4 Grade) is 42 years old for General/UR.
- Sr.Medical Officer/Sr Medical Officer (Dental) /Medical Specialist in E3 Grade is 35 years for General/UR.

Coal India Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The mode of selection will be based on several attempts to acquire the qualification, experience, and personal interview as laid down in the “Policy for Decentralized Recruitment of Candidates at CIL/Subsidiary level” and amendment & clarification thereof as available on the CIL website.
Coal India Recruitment 2024 How to Apply / Application Process
Candidates can send the application form with self-attested through speed post to HoD (Personnel/ Recruitment), Recruitment Department, Central Coalfields Limited, Room No. 303, 2nd floor, Damodar Building, Darbhanga House, Ranchi- 834001 which should reach within the stipulated time 11.04.2024 (05:00 P.M). In case, the application of the candidates is not received within the stipulated date, it will not be entertained.
Note: No other mode of delivery (by hand/email/couriers, etc) of applications would be accepted/entertained.
