i) Mechanical– 08 posts (UR-06, OBC-02)
ii) Electrical– 04 posts (UR-03, OBC-01)
iii) Electronics– 02 posts (UR)

Educational Qualification:
i) For Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil & Instrumentation:Three year Diploma in respective Branch of Engineering with 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education and minimum two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/ Heavy Engineering Company.
Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be an added advantage.
ii) For Commercial: Three year Diploma in Commercial Practice with 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education and minimum two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/ Heavy Engineering Company. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be an added advantage.
iii) For Information Technology: Three year Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering with 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education and minimum two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/ Heavy Engineering Company.
Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be an added advantage.
iv) For Finance: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognised University with minimum two years post qualification Industrial experience/ training in the finance department of govt. or a large private/ public sector enterprise. Proficiency and experience in working in computerized environment would be an added advantage.
Note: For disciplines at Sl. No. I to VII, qualification requirement, 55% of marks and above in Diploma examination will be followed in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 25.04.2018.
Consolidated Pay: 19,200/- for 1st year, Rs.19,800/- for 2nd year & Rs.20,400/- for 3rd year per month. per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test. Written Test will be held at Kochi.
