FABRICATION ASSISTANT
i) Welder: 130 posts
ii) Sheet Metal Worker: 40 posts
Educational Qualification: Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) and National Apprenticeship with Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
Experience: Minimum of three years post qualification experience/training in a Shipyard or Heavy Engineering Company.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14000/- per month
OUTFIT ASSISTANT
i. Fitter: 40 posts
ii. Fitter Pipe (Plumber): 25 posts
iii. Diesel Mechanic: 10 posts
iv. Painter: 15 posts
v. Machinist: 05 posts
vi. Shipwright Wood: 20 posts
vii. Electrician: 15 posts
viii. Electronic Mechanic: 05 posts
ix. Instrument Mechanic: 10 posts
Educational Qualification: Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) and National Apprenticeship with Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
Experience: Minimum of three years post qualification experience/training in a Shipyard or Heavy Engineering Company
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14000/- per month
General Worker (Canteen): 10 posts
Educational Qualification: Pass in VII Std and One year Certificate Course in Food Production/ Food and Beverages Service and Two year Vocational Certificate in Catering and Restaurant Management will be preferred.
Candidates having Knowledge of Malayalam desirable
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in preparation or serving of meals in a Factory Canteen that caters to a minimum of 250 workers / in a 3 Star Hotel / in a reputed and licensed Food Catering Service Agence
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11000/- per month
Semi Skilled Rigger: 40 posts
Educational Qualification: Pass in IV Std.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in rigging and good knowledge of splicing work of wire ropes.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14000/- per month
PROJECT ASSISTANT
i. Mechanical: 10 posts

Educational Qualification: Three year Diploma in respective Branch of Engineering with 60% of marks (55% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
Experience: Minimum of two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be advantageous

vii. Information Technology: 02 posts
Educational Qualification: Three year Diploma in Commercial Practice or Information Technology or Computer Engineering with 60% of marks (55% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
Experience: Minimum of two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be advantageous.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce
Experience: Minimum of two years post qualification Industrial experience/ training in the finance department. Proficiency and experience in working in computerized environment would be advantageous

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Not exceed 30 years as on 24/08/2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Practical Test and Written Test wherever applicable.
