Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary having membership in Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Preferred Additional Qualification: Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Experience: Five years post qualification experience as Company Secretary.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 01/06/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.20700-26600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
