COMPANY SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (01 post each for U.P. Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL), Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) and Kanpur Electricity Supply Company (KESCO))
Educational Qualification: i) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should hold a Degree in Law from a recognized University.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates having qualification of a Cost Accountant in addition to the above qualification from a recognized Institute.
Experience: i) Minimum 05 years of independent work experience as a Company Secretary.
ii) Preference will be given to those candidates, who have the above experience as a Company Secretary in a power sector company.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01/07/2019.
Basic Pay: Rs.131100 per month
The vacancies are in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL), Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) and Kanpur Electricity Supply Company (KESCO) on Direct Recruitment basis.
