2. CONSTABLE (UB)

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 162.56 cm (160.02 cm for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cm (78 cm for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cm (83 cm for ST)
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 154.94 cm (152.40 cm for ST candidates)
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test and Extra-Curricular Activities and Special Skills.
