i) Cook: 350 posts
ii) Cobbler: 14 posts
iii) Barber: 111 posts
iv) Washer-man: 133 posts
v) Carpenter: 14 posts
vi) Sweeper: 270 posts
vii) Painter: 06 posts
viii) Mason: 05 posts
ix) Plumber: 04 posts
x) Mali: 04 posts
xi) Electrician: 03 posts

 

Educational Qualification:

i) Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board for skilled trades (i.e. Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Carpenter, Electrician, Mason, Mali, Painter, Plumber and Washer Man). Industrial Training Institute trained candidate will be preferred.

ii) Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board for unskilled trades (i.e. Sweeper).

 

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on 01.08.2019.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.21,700 to 69,100/-

 

Only Male candidates are eligible to apply. The posts are Temporary in nature but likely to become Permanent.

The selected candidates will be required to undergo Basic Training in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)- Regional Training Centres (RTCs). The candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years which can be extended.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standards:

(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 Cms (162.5 Cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 Cms (76 Cms for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85Cms (81Cms for ST)

Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.

Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Documentation, Trade Test, Written Test and Medical Examination.
