5011 ARMY SERVICE CORPS (ASC) BN (MT) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 04 POSTS OF COOK, CHOWKIDAR AND LABOUR. LAST DATE — 28/07/2019
1. COOK
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) Knowledge of Cooking Indian food. Past experience of cooking will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
Pay: Rs.19,900/- per month.
2. CHOWKIDAR
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) Should be conversant with the duties of Chowkidar.
iii) Must be physicall fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
Pay: Rs.18,000/- per month.
3. LABOUR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) Should be conversant with the duties of Labour.
iii) Must be physicall fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
Pay: Rs.18,000/- per month.
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for two years. The place of appointment of selected candidates is Jalandhar with All India Service Liability.
Note: The date of determining the age limit will be the closing date for receipt of application.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 81.5 cms; Chest (expanded) — 85 cms; Weight — 50 kgs
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Practical Trade Test, Endurance Test and Written Test.
