District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Bankura District, is performing walk-in-Interview for engagement of 20 Nos. “Cook” and “Sahayika (Female)” under 4 NRCs (10 Bedded) of Bankura District on purely contractual basis. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below in brief. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format which can be collected from the below mentioned office —
1. Cook: 4 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1; ST–5yrs)
One post each in Ranibandh BPHC, Sarenga BPHC, Simlapal BPHC and Raipur PH
Qualification Required: HS Passed
Consolidated Pay: 5000/- per month
2. Sahayika (Female Only): 16 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—4; ST—1; OBC-A—2; OBC-B—1)
4 post each in Ranibandh BPHC, Sarenga BPHC, Simlapal BPHC and Raipur PH
Qualification Required: HS Passed.
Consolidated Pay: 3500/- per month
The engagement to the above post is on temporary basis for each 10 bedded four Nutrition Rehabilitation Centres (NRCs) situated at Ranibandh BPHC, Sarenga BPHC, Simlapal BPHC and Raipur PH
The selection of the candidates will be through walk-in-Interview which will be held at CMOH Office, Bankura on 19th March 2013 at 10.30 am onwards.
Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
The interested candidates for the said posts from the respective blocks may appear before the interview board in due date and time in the said venue. Candidates must report to the office along with filled up prescribed application format, original certificates, two passport size photographs (One should be pasted in the right upper corner) and one set of attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, qualification, residential proof (Voter card/Ration Card, etc), Caste certificate, character certificate (original) and etc.
SELECTION WILL BE DONE FROM THE CANDIDATES OF THE RESPECTIVE BLOCKS ONLY. Only candidates residing for more than 3yrs in the respective block may apply.

The application form can be collected from the Office of the Member Secretary-cum-BMOH of the respective 4 blocks Health & Family Welfare Samity, Bankura and from the DPM, CMOH Office, Bankura only on showing original residential certificate of respective block within working hours from 11th March to 15th March 2013.
Last date: Application form can be collected from 11th March from the above said address and can be submitted at the same on or before 15th March 2013.
