The vacancies are for the project entitled “National Consumer Helpline”. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of two (02) months which may be extended depending upon project needs and performance of the candidates. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (IIPA) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 11 POSTS OF JUNIOR COUNSELLOR, TRAINEE COUNSELLOR AND MULTI TASKING STAFF. WALK-IN DATE — 30/07/2018
1. JUNIOR COUNSELLOR
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate/ Post Graduate with Computer and communication skill.
ii) Proficient in spoken English and Hindi.
Experience: Two years experience of working in a customer care center/ helpline etc. will be preferred.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000-17,000/- per month.
2. TRAINEE COUNSELLOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with Computer and communication skill.
ii) Proficient in spoken English and Hindi.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000-10,000/- per month.
3. MULTI TASKING STAFF
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Class 10th passed or equivalent from recognized board.
ii) Working knowledge of English.
Age Limit: 18 years and above.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.6500-8500/- per month.
